Mr. Nick Jarrett-Kerr

Nick Jarrett-Kerr is one of the leading international advisers to law firms on leadership, management and strategy. He is honoured to have helped more than 70 law firms across the world in the last few years. His unique blend of hands-on experience, practical approaches and academic rigour has been valued by law firms across the world in facing their strategic, operational and business issues and problems.

Nick is Visiting Professor to Nottingham Law School where he leads the Strategy Moduleson the MBA programme. He is the author of “Strategy for aw Firms – After the Legal Services Act”. Prior to becoming a consultant in 2002, Nick (a non practising solicitor) was for eight years the Chief Executive Partner of Bevan Ashford, a leading regional firm in Great Britain. In recent years, he has led over fifty management training or development events each year in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Asia, the Caribbean and the United States of America. In India, he has been providing training and holding workshops for some of the well-known law firms for the past 3-4 years.
Ms. Bithika Anand

Bithika Anand is the founder of Legal League Consulting and a strategic adviser to about 25 law firms in India. Her primary areas of concentration include delivering intensive performance improvement, turnaround management and general business advisory.

A chartered accountant by profession, Bithika has worked at the Delhi office of India’s premier law firm, Amarchand Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. for 11 years, first as the Chief Financial Officer, then in a dual role as both the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to this, Bithika worked at KPMG and S.B. Billimoria & Co., both leading accountancy firms, for over 14 years. Bithika also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in the Management of Legal Practice awarded by Nottingham Trent University. She brings a highly experienced and practical, solution-oriented approach to the needs of our clients.
